Fight against poverty by conducting social and economic transformations

In article the poverty reasons influencing a condition of economic growth of the Russian economy are considered. On the basis of the analysis of these reasons recommendations about enhancement of the mechanism offight against poverty by means of carrying out social and economic transformations are made. The analysis of factors, and also conditions of their successful implementation, indicates the need forming of institutional structure of the Russian economy providing transition to strong and high-quality economic rise that will become a basis for forming of the efficient mechanism of fight against poverty. The solution of this task assumes improvement of quality of public administration within the social and economic transformations performed for the benefit of the majority of the population of the country.
