In the article the essence, tendencies and directions of counteraction to tax crime is considered. The assessment of the level of the detected tax crimes for the period of 2009-2011 is given, the analysis of the share of the received taxes and fees accrued to payment, the analysis of debts on taxes, collection, fines, penalties for interconnection identification between the above-named indicators is carried out.
