The struggle for digital sovereignty in the context of increasing global hypercompetition and geopolitical fragmentation

The article substantiates a new concept of the struggle for digital national sovereignty in the context of the strengthening of the global systemic crisis, the transformation of the world economy, geopolitical fragmentation, and the strengthening of innovation and digital hyper competition. The characteristics of global hypercompetitive leading companies are given. Within the framework of the theory of controlled chaos (management in chaos), the role of global chaos managers in managing the processes of digital transformation of national and global socio-economic systems is revealed. It is concluded that in modern society, the preservation of national and digital sovereignty is a struggle against entropic chaos management, a struggle for intellectual and ideological sovereignty, a struggle for the sovereignty of key decision-making, programming and behavior management of individuals, companies, countries and human society.
