Legal status of the property. The marriage is registered and actual

The article analyzes the issues of protecting the rights to property acquired in registered and actual marital relations, possible problems with the division of this property, legal features of its status. The relevant judicial practice is considered. The author summarizes that if the disputes of couples who have registered their relationship are resolved within the framework of family law, then there is no special legal regulation for persons in de facto marital relations, but they can solve their problems by resorting to civil law, and if there are appropriate confirming documents and proper evidence by the courts such relations are taken into account.
