Brexit as a new reality of Europe: expert opinions and evaluations

The article deals with the problem of Brexit that was previously perceived as Britain domestic affair. Now Brexit has become a symbol of the deep shock for all Europe. Some observers regard it as the dismantling of common European home; others consider it as a signal to rapid and close integration in line with the idea of variable-speed Europe. It seems that the most important issue is not the number of «speeds», but the general mood of the people, who cannot see their future. They do not believe in it and are ready to return to the past. As long as EU is not in touch with the citizens, the rules, and the results of Bruxelles working remain closed, national parliaments are not included in the decision-making, it is very difficult to anticipate the improvement of the political climate in European Union.
