The future of the global oil and gas sector and the culture of energy transformation

The article considers the idea of the world's transition to the cultural heritage of the oil and gas sector and the culture of energy transformation. The main concepts, postulates, scenarios and roadmaps aimed at ensuring such a transition on a global scale are considered, its possible results are shown: the volume and structure of global energy consumption, the dynamics of demand for oil and natural gas. It is concluded that the considered trends and innovations should also be taken into account by the Russian Federation, especially since the energy transition opens up additional opportunities for its gas industry, as well as the world practice of forming these trends.
