The future of Russia: democracy or homocracy? Society as a system

Relationships of a person, a state, society and its subsystems are considered on the system approach basis. It is shown that the modern western society which is based on the human rights prevailing over the rights of a society is not democracy; it is homocracy (power of person). In fact human rights should stand below the rights of a society as a whole, but they should be above the rights of all subsystems of a society, including the state.
