Accounting in budgetary institutions: features of account, change in the legislation

In 2019, many changes took effect. The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has prepared 6 laws on amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation, which will affect the work of the accounting departments of budget organizations. In our article “Budget Accounting of Cash and Other Financial Assets”, we will look at the specifics of budget accounting, accounts, and half-accounts that have appeared since 2019, as well as affect the regulatory acts that are only preparing changes to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation.
