Are there colorless «color revolutions»?

Any kind of mass anti-government protests is tended to be perceived in Russia as another color revolution. The U.S. along with European allies seems to have contributed a lot to the formation of such an approach. Meanwhile the occurrences of mass protest manifestation in the countries of South-Eastern Europe in 2013-2015 testify otherwise: the use of technology of color revolutions has proved itself as not only an external factor, but also as means of manipulation of domestic opposition political forces for their own goals.
