Goal-setting of strategic planning for the educational non-profit organizations development

The article reveals the optimistic representation of the strategic vision of the stateof socially oriented educational non-profit organization. The role of vision in thesystem of strategic planning as a socio-psychological factor based on the trust ofstaff to the adopted course of long-term development is determined. The logical andverbal content of the mission and the strategic goal of a socially oriented educationalnon-profit organization is given.
