The feasibility of advancing the development of raw CIS universities

The main idea on which the philosophy of traditional university is based is opened: the state finances their work, and all society uses the received results. Ways of gradual development of traditional universities to modern forms, including international and network are shown. It is established that the present stage of globalization actually means the beginning of a decline of the German model of functioning of traditional universities. Calls characteristic directly for resource universities are considered. It is revealed that the answer to these calls is in the plane of formation of ideology of a sustainable development of human society. Strategy of the advancing development of resource universities is presented.
