The feasibility of flexible scheduling as a method of management of construction industry enterprises investment-construction complex

In the article the question of the multi-stage decision-making on realization of investment projects in conditions of uncertainty,given the option of experimentally-statistical modeling for management activities of enterprises. As a result of researches it is established that the management of construction industry enterprises investment-construction complex and the choice of optimal investment under uncertainty, it is advisable to carry out through the use of flexible methods of planning that allow the flow of time to analyze all possible alternative actions.
