The expediency of using the protocol of early targeted therapy of sepsis and septic shock according to the "Swyiving sepsis campaign guidelines" in the treatment of destructive pancreatitis

Acute destructive pancreatitis (acute severe pancreatitis, pancreonecrosis) is one of the most severe surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity, which is still accompanied by a high mortality rate in 25-40% of cases and has no noticeable downward trend due to the complexity of pathogenesis, difficulty of diagnosis and features of the course [4, 7]. Since the structure of mortality in acute pancreatitis is dominated by destructive forms complicated by the addition of infection, the task of early detection of purulent-necrotic complications of the disease remains relevant.
