The expediency of imposing a tax on dogs for the residents of Primorsky krai

The article deals with the problem of stray animals on the streets of Primorsky Krai. Proposed solutions to this problem through the collection of tax in the amount of 350 rubles from every pet owner. In this case, the question arises: such collection of tax is not the way to increase the state budget revenues. In the presented work describes the benefits and disadvantages of imposing a tax on dogs, and proposed options for improving the bill.
