Goals and objectives of legal economic policy of the social state: general theoretical aspects

Introduction: the article presents goals and objectives of the legal economic policy of the social state, the relevance of which is confirmed by the modern transformations of the basic law of the Russian Federation. Materials and Methods: the work used general scientific and special scientific research methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison, formal legal method, etc.). The intersectoral interaction of the theoretical jurisprudence and the constitutional law allowed substantiating the goals and objectives of the legal economic policy in the axiological approach. Results: the author carried out legal politics development analysis, explained its methodology, substantiated interdisciplinary approach of the theory of the state and law and constitutional law due to which it is necessary to set goals and tasks of legal economic policy of social state. Discussion and Conclusions: the article substantiates the need for an interdisciplinary approach in explaining the construction of strategies for the legal economic policy of the social state, through the interaction of such scientific disciplines as law, economics, history, sociology, political science, etc. It is possible to determine the specific goals and objectives of the issues under consideration.
