Objectives and tasks of participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of the courts of administrative offenses

In the article the question about the purposes and tasks of participation of the prokuror in consideration by courts of cases about administrative offenses is investigated. The author has studied the main approaches to the definition of the goals and tasks of the prosecutor’s office. On the basis of the analysis, general and special objectives are singled out, as well as general, special and particular tasks of the prosecutor’s participation in the consid-eration by courts of cases of administrative offenses.
