Energy transfer goals - unified or "interests by groups"?

The main directions of the fourth energy transition are considered. A critical analysis of the goals of energy transfer and the conditions of its flow, considering the declared goals, is given. It is shown that the transition to investment support for the preferential use of renewable energy sources contradicts the economic growth of developing countries.
