Price - as an essential condition of the contract of international sale of goods

This article examines the question of whether the price is an essential condition in contracts for the international sale of goods. The main positions from the civil-law doctrine on this subject are analyzed. The contradictions between articles regarding the issue of price and time of price determination in contracts for the international sale of goods are considered. Recommendations and ways of solving these contradictions are given.
