Value orientations and professionalism of internal affairs bodies employees in the region

An attempt to characterise value orientations and professionalism of internal affairs bodies employees in the region is made in the article. On the basis of sociological inquiry of managerial stuff of city and district bodies under the Internal Affairs Department in the Oryol Region main problems in this sphere are highlighted.
