Since gaining independence Kazakhstan in the youth structure, self-awareness, value orientations, behavioral imperatives and lifestyle took deep, systemic changes, both positive and negative. At the same time there is a significant increase in the scale, severity and significance of the main range of the problems of youth activities. All this is due, including the fact that today's youth of Kazakhstan - a generation that was born and grew up in a period of serious political, social and economic transformations. Accelerating the development of society causes an increase in the role of youth in public life. By engaging in social relationships, youth modifies them and transformed under the influence of conditions improving it. There is also a change in the value of work status of the youth: dominated by pragmatism and the desire for material prosperity, which in turn is in conflict with the realities of youth employment. Hence the focus on part-time business. Also, young people are essential in today's political conflicts, and it is not so much about the structural forms of political participation, but about young people using the format as "tool" destabilization. Thus, in the value orientations of modern Kazakhstan youth can be identified extremely contradictory manifestations. The availability of traditional values, the family, marriage, respect for elders, before the onset of extreme individualism.
