Value system of the Chinese youth: trends and factors of the labour motivation transformation

The article designates the main vectors and determinants of the transformational processes in the labour motivation sphere, which have been taking place in the Chinese society for the latest several decades. Emphasis is made on the socio-cultural and axiologi-cal factors determining the value system of Chinese students in the current socio-economic realities of the post-socialist social system, which in many respects are similar to those in the Russian society.
