Valuable foundations of leadership in domestic and western theory

This article examines and analyzes the value bases of leadership, identified in the works of domestic and western authors. Youth leadership is viewed from the point of view of the most promising phenomenon of society for the development of countries. The article also identifies the significance of values in the context of the interaction between the leader and his followers. The result is a formulated list of the values of leadership.
