The emergence and circulation of capital represented in securities is closely related to the functioning of the real assets market, i.e. market, where the purchase and sale of material resources. With the advent of securities (stock assets) there is a split in capital. On the one hand, there is real capital represented by productive assets, on the other, its reflection in securities.
