Price factors of the functioning of the dynamic institutional system of innovative development of the agricultural region

The topic of the article is very relevant due to the need to understand the factors affecting the prices of agricultural products in Russia. The article describes the price factors of the functioning of the dynamic institutional system of innovative development of the agrarian region, such as the presence of monopolies and oligopolies, the high cost of production, dependence on market conditions, as well as the Russian specifics associated with the presence of state regulation of prices for agricultural products, taxes and fees, the economic and political situation in the country, changes in technology and consumer preferences, international competition, dependence on energy prices and seasonal and environmental factors. The study emphasizes that for the effective functioning of the dynamic institutional system of innovative development of an agricultural region, it is necessary to take into account price factors and their specifics affecting this process. The key aspect of such functioning is the peculiarities of the Russian agro-industrial complex, the development of which is significantly influenced by external and internal factors that are not always controllable.
