This article is devoted to the analysis of geopolitical and geoeconomical problems in relations between Russia and countries of Central Asia. There is a great geopolitical and geoeconomical struggle for Central Asia between various foreign countries. Not only the USA, China and EC take part in this process, but also India. Russia is gradually losing its geopolitical role in this competition, especially the sphere of energy resources.
