Centrifugal peeling and sorting opto-electronic method of buckwheat seeds

The article describes the equipment for processing of seeds of grain crops, namely the centrifugal peeler and equipment for optical-electronic sorting of seeds. This equipment can be used in the production of buckwheat culture. The article discusses the method of processing grains of buckwheat in order to clean the hulls from the kernels and sort the seeds by color and size, followed by processing of infected grain ozonator.The technological process establishes the minimum percentage of damaged of seeds of buckwheat of the total weight after peeling grains, sort out and process the seeds by specified criteria.
