Church museum in the context of museology

The article analyzes the state of the activity of the Russian Orthodox Church in museumification of cultural heritage, examines the typology of Church Museum institutions and various aspects of their work. The prospects for the further development of the Church Museum network are outlined, taking into account the possibility of its use for the development of domestic tourism.
