Private ownership of land

The author examines the emergence of private ownership of land in the historical perspective. Detects the beginnings of land law in the Old Testament. Explores approaches to solving this problem in different historical periods: Antiquity, Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the modern world (for example, USA). Pays special attention to the solution of the land problem in Russia - from ancient Russia to modern times. According to the results of the retrospective analysis concludes that Russia has all the facilities to ensure the stability and prosperity of the country in the future.
