The principle of the construction of the frequency-pulse-width regulator of an alternating voltage as a part of a control system of the chamber drier 120ЕК of the electric shop of JSC (Joint stock company) Chelyabinsk-Tube Rolling Plant is analyzed. The structural diagram and time characteristics of operation of the regulator as well as the converter of the value of complex resistance of insulation, which is carrying out the continuous control of the technological process of drying of windings of an electrical device are given.
