We present results of seismological observation of Chelyabinsk meteoroid explosion on 15 February 2013. From recordings of the world and regional networks of broadband seismic stations, we estimated the energy of the surface Rayleigh wave generated by the meteoroid explosion, its propagation velocity and the frequency content. The analysis of azimuth variations of the surface wave amplitudes and periods was carried out, and the wave damping was computed depending on the oscillation frequency.
