The human factor and nuclear power plants: mutual influence and interrelation

Бесплатный доступ

Nuclear power is by far the best form of energy production - economical and environmentally friendly when used properly. We are faced with a dilemma: on the one hand, it is impossible to guarantee the well-being of people without energy, and on the other hand, the continuation of current trends in production and consumption can lead to the destruction of the environment and, consequently, to a decrease in living standards and even cause serious harm to humanity, affecting the genetic code of the person himself. A detailed description of the consequences of the operation of nuclear power plants is given. The ways of solving the problem with radioactive waste are analyzed. Recommendations for minimizing the negative impact of radioactive waste on the environment and human health are given.
