Human factor in bankruptcy procedures

The article examines the issues of interaction between individual members of society in the crisis conditions of the functioning of enterprises. Through the historical aspect, a comparative analysis of bankruptcy procedures in Russia is carried out. A brief history of the origin of the institution of bankruptcy in Russia is considered. The definition of the crisis is given as an extreme aggravation of contradictions in the socio-economic system, as it develops, there is an increase in the role of the human factor in its anti-crisis development. The bankruptcy procedures of any enterprise are considered from the point of view of social consequences. The absence of a reliable and flexible mechanism for social protection of employees in connection with bankruptcy is emphasized. Attention is paid to the analysis of the principles of anti-crisis management of the debtor enterprise. The issue of trust between employees and employers is touched upon. The need for measures of state regulation of socio-economic relations arising during bankruptcy procedures is emphasized.
