Human capital as a factor of economic growth humanization

This article deals with the human capital as a factor of economic growth, the qualitative feature of which is the process of humanization. The humanization concept is defined as a sign of the economic growth quality, the environment favouring the high level of human capital development, the main factor of the successful economic development. It is argued that the human capital is the aim of the economic growth humanization and a means of its achievement at the same time.
