Human capital as a basis for strategic and innovative development of an enterprise

The article examines and analyzes the approaches of various authors to the category of "human capital", highlights its structural elements. Based on the conducted research, a refined classification of the structural elements of human capital at the micro level has been formed, some aspects of the role of human capital in the strategic and innovative development of an enterprise have been determined.
