Human capital in the context of information and communication technologies development

The article discusses the features of modern human capital, which are formed under the influence of the development of information and communication technologies, the Internet, which contribute to improving its qualitative and quantitative characteristics, increasing the possibility of its effective formation and use. Analysis of statistical data on the degree of development of digital skills of the population, the purpose of using the Internet, allows to identify certain trends and contradictions that characterize this process.
