The services sector accounts for the largest share of GDP in nearly all countries worldwide, underscoring the need for its comprehensive study and analysis within the context of the global services market. In parallel, considerable attention in international economic discourse is devoted to the formation, development, and realization of human potential. This article presents an analysis of how human potential is actualized through the expansion of the services sector in the global economy. It demonstrates that countries leading in the Human Development Index (HDI) tend to have a higher share of services in their GDP structure, with financial and business services prevailing. The provision of such services requires a high level of education and intellectual development, thereby contributing directly to the formation, enhancement, and realization of human potential.
