Human being and biodiversity: orthodox view on the problem of interrelation

Бесплатный доступ

During two last decades BioDiversity Conservation (BDC) become one of the most significant problem in the theme of sustainable development. The theoretical basis of the BDC problem is represented by biocentrism ideas and the so-called philosophy of "deep ecology" by A. Naess, postulated the equal rules for BD and humanity survival under total ecological crisis conditions. Being obviously of anti-Christian origin, these ideas can be really dangerous for all of the human society, and for 3rd world countries especially. By the author's opinion, ideas of biocentrism are based on evolution theory and Linney's biological nomenclature which character depends on protestant idea specificity. The possibilities of practical realization of this opinion are under discussion.
