This article analyzes the problem of human and the cultural concept in the philosophy of Immanuel Kant (1724-1804). It is noted that in his transcendental doctrine the human is an active and creative creature who cognizes and transforms the world. Whereas the culture is a freedom to set any goals and create according to them. It is possible due to moral and ethical development of the individual and the human race.
