A human in the linguistic worldimage of Buryats (based on the results of associative experiment)

The article reveals the conceptual features of one of the basic concepts of national worldimage -a human. Basing on the data of the association experiment, which was carried out among bilingual Buryats, as well as on the comparison with the materials of "Russian Associative Dictionary" we made an attempt to identify the common and specific features of human image lexical content in the Buryat linguistic worldimage. We noted a particular influence of the Russian language on the linguistic consciousness of Buryats, the degree of its transformation in the conditions of Buryat-Russian bilingualism. As a result of the experiment it was found that actually the national language code have a great influence, national and cultural identity of Buryat linguistic consciousness is more peaceful and less aggressive.
