A human in the legal space

Introduction: the purpose of the paper is the ontology research of law environment, determination of its essence, content and significant characteristics allowing to reveal its role in the organization of law behavior of the person and law reality in general. Materials and Methods: the methodological basis of this research is the synthesis of classical and post-classical paradigms that determine the choice of specific methods of research: anthropological, formal-legal, comparative, legal modeling method, hermeneutic, discursive methods. Results: the conclusion is drawn to the fact that the law environment represents multilevel category which exists not only geographically (territorially), but also social culturally and historically. By the ontologic nature the law environment is manifestation of vigorous converting activity of subjects (the person, local group, society, the state) on the basis of the beginnings of justice, rationality and expediency. The law environment axiologically characterizes the extent of subject’s law actions for realization of the interests and claims in concrete time point, defining borders of life of the person in law reality.
