The paper considers the vision of L. Martov (Y.O. Zederbaum), leader of the Menshevist wing of Russian Social Democrats in the early XX century, of the right-wing monarchist movement in their extreme social and political form, - The «Black Hundreds». The author comes to a conclusion that the Mensheviks paid the heightened attention to Black Hundreder’ unions and legal entities. In addition to, the author emphasizes a specific significance of memoir papers by L. Martov that allowed casting light to Black Hundreds’ movement from the viewpoint of inter-party polemics in Russia of the early XX century.
