Features of the rule of law in the 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation

In this article, the concept of a legal state, its features and principles is considered. It also compares the principles of this state and the principles reflected in the 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation. Some conditions necessary for introducing a model of the right-wing state in our country are revealed.
