Chichikov and Chatsky

In article interpretation of subjects and collisions of «Grief from Mind» in «Dead Souls» is considered. The author pays special attention to treatment of a theme of mind in Gogol's and Griboedov's products and compares an image of Сhichikov with image of Chatsky. Griboedov's and Gogol's approaches to a problem of mind as to existential and ontological problem are analyzed.
