The usability of the properties of some Fibonacci numbers in orthopedics was studied. These Fibonacci numbers are known in mathematics and described in architecture, art and biology as harmony formula ("golden section"). The normal and deformed feet of subjects at the age of 14 years and above were subjected to roentgenometric study. The x-rays of feet lateral views were studied before and after surgeries in 123 patients of an orthopaedic clinic, whose amount of feet longitudinal asymmetry for diseases, after injuries and reconstructions reached 9-11%. The regularity was revealed: discrepancy of the typical for normal feet roentgenometrical standards of the view lengths for the support line: of the posterior cantilever of the supportive longitudinal vault - from calcaneal tubercles to the joint of Lisfranc joint projection point, and anterior cantilever - from the projection point of I metatarsal bone head to Chopart joint, the center of which is represented by the projection of the body mass axis. The reveal of the discrepancies of the proper equal values of the cantilever lengths with respect to the center allows to redetermine the anatomical and topographic cause of foot deformity quantitatively and be good at the selection of its correction way.
