Numerical modelling of some applied problems of the theory of carrying over of gamma radiation

The solution of applied problems of the theory of carrying over of radiation with reference to finding the distribution of gamma radiation field created by radioactive slimes in oil and gas fields is considered. Examples of numerical realization of the process of imitating modeling of gamma quanta trajectories with reference to research problems of spatial and power distribution of radiating fields from tanks of cylindrical form with radioactive waste are given. The obtained results of numerical modeling testify to adequacy of calculation algorithm and its program realization for the solution of the tasks in view.
