The results of computational research the workflow in small-sized centrifugal compressor, tested in turbomachinery laboratory are presented in paper. The obtained data allowed to expand the understanding of the compressor workflow. Numerical results and experimental data comparison revealed a number of significant errors in the design of experiment and its data processing technique, leading to a significant distortion of the results. In particular, it was found that calibration curves used to calculate the compressor shaft torque is erroneous.
