Optimization of ERP-system on the example of state corporation "Rosatom"

The article considers the issues of ERP system optimization using the example of the state corporation Rosatom. A detailed analysis of existing problems in the process of coordinating replacements was carried out using various research methods, including interviewing different departments, questionnaires and monitoring work processes. The main problems that entail significant operational and financial risks, including production downtime, were identified. In addition, the lack of regulated procedures for coordinating replacements of inventory items leads to their delay at the stage of incoming inspection, which increases the time frame for project implementation and leads to additional costs. The existing shortcomings of the OMTS system require an integrated approach to optimization. Using factor analysis, four key areas for automating the replacement process were identified and the architecture of the automated information system "Coordination of Replacements" was developed.
