The number of state and municipal government employees in the region: modern state and problems of optimization (case study of the Republic of Kalmykia)

On the basis of the statistical data, the article discusses the dynamics of the number of state and municipal government employees in the Republic of Kalmykia. The author considers the problem of optimum number of employees of the state and municipal administration for the regional economy.
