Numerical analysis of solidifying blade deflected mode development

In this article the primary damages, incipient in manufacturing of gas turbine engine blades are described. For casting material behavioral models examination the range of problems was selected. Research was performed by finite-elemental software ProCAST. Results of numerical calculation have been compared to analytical and software Ansys calculation dates. Block blade solidification process research was performed and the mechanism to avoidance of distortions and cracks was founded.
