What part of legislative system of a society is political

One of the main reasons for stabilization in Russia is the activity of the authorities in the formation of an effective legal system. Law in our society is gradually seen not only and not so much as an “ideologically useful category”, but as a means of coordinating the interests of all members of society. We believe that the country's political elite understands that the transformation and development of society is no longer objectively possible without a strong legal order, the rule of law, the universality of law and responsibility, the guarantee of human and civil rights and freedoms.
